Our Philosophy for Excellence |
New England Cat Care was purposefully designed to be a new wave of veterinary medicine just for cats. Over the years the practice has evolved and taken on a whole new philosophy of how cats should be treated. Drs. Arcuri and Richter have stepped away from the traditional role of a veterinarian to create an atmosphere that allows them to spend time with their patients in a quiet and relaxing environment. “Cats are elegant creatures and we feel comfortable working with them,” says Dr. Richter of his patients. He adds, “We also believe that their health care needs are very advanced and require special attention.” Their philosophy is also cemented in the belief that medical care for your cat is not made up of a once a year physical and a couple vaccines. Our doctors are devoted to preventing disease to ensure their patients live comfortable, healthy lives. |

Our Mission Statement |
To provide the best quality veterinary services for cats and their families and to show interest in their welfare and comfort, as measure by client satisfaction and consistent with fiscal responsibility. To treat each cat, and their family, with the dignity and respect that they deserve in a clean and modern veterinary hospital. To provide cat owners with the education and guidance in either the prevention of the treatment of disease. To ensure that all cats are free of pain or discomfort. To create and environment that is hospitable and friendly to cats and their owners. To prevent the spread of contagious disease from either cats or people to the other. To be the advocate for the cats, who are unable to speak for themselves. “Our greatest asset is that we are devoted humanitarians and topnotch scientists, we are not a low cost spay/neuter or vaccine clinic; rather we seek to be the best at providing high quality medical care for your cat.” |
“Time spent with cats is never wasted.” |
