New England Cat Care was purposefully designed to be a new wave of veterinary medicine just for cats. Over the years the practice has evolved and taken on a whole new philosophy of how cats should be treated. Drs. Arcuri and Richter have stepped away from the traditional role of a veterinarian to create an atmosphere that allows them to spend time with their patients in a quiet and relaxing environment. “Cats are elegant creatures and we feel comfortable working with them,” says Dr. Richter of his patients. He adds, “We also believe that their health care needs are very unique and require special attention.” Their philosophy is also cemented in the belief that medical care for your cat is not made up of a once a year physical and a couple vaccines.
