New Client Information

Please read and provide the following information:

If you have a former veterinarian, please have them email your cat’s records to necatcare@gmail.com (we will not contact your prior vet on your behalf.) If your cat is scheduled for a second opinion, we must receive their records within 48 hours of your appointment; if we do not receive the records in time, your appointment may be subjected to rescheduling.  If you adopted your cat from an adoption group, please bring the adoption papers to your first appointment.  If your cat has no prior medical history, please send a brief message to the email address above to inform our team.

Two forms are provided to you in an email attachment; please bring both forms on the day of your appointment.  Please submit your information below to receive your forms.

Our appointments are structured to allow time to provide a gentle and slow examination of your cat, however, some cats become frightened while at the veterinarian’s office.  Should your cat become too fractious to safely examine, the doctor will discuss options for making the process easier for your cat.  You are responsible for the office visit fee of $101.60 even if your cat does not permit us to complete the examination and/or treatment.

 

If you have been exposed to COVID19, please alert us PRIOR to your appointment. 

New clients are permitted to reschedule their initial appointment one time; if you fail two appointments, we will not offer any future appointments.  If you are a no-show, you will not be offered another appointment.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
