Appointments
Our appointments are an hour long in order to provide a slow, gentle exam of your cat. Please be prepared to review your cat's medical history and provide information on all medications and supplements you give to your cat. It is essential we confirm all your cat's habits to ensure an accurate assessment of your cat's health. Providing us the information regarding your cat's prescription history allows us to prepare a care plan uniquely tailored to your cat's specific needs.
Tardiness/Missed Appointments
We understand that life sometimes throws a wrench in your plans, and we want to be as flexible as possible accomdating the unexpected. Our office reserves the right to cancel your appointment if you are late and apply a missed appointment fee when applicable. Veterinary services are in high demand, and if you are no show to your appointment, you interrupt our ability to provide efficient care to our clients and patients. Please respect our office flow and call us in advance if you anticipate being late or cannot make your appointment.
Nervous Cats
We provide safe, fear-free exams for your cat, but there are some cats that become frightened and threaten the safety of our team. Cat attacks can be devastating and require immediate medical attention. As a result, we reserve the right to determine if your cat can be safely examined. If your cat cannot tolerate an exam, we will discuss options on how we can safely examine your cat. You are responsible for paying the office visit regardless of whether we can complete the examination.
New Client Information
We are currently accepting new clients. You may request information on how to become a new client via the Request Form below. Please note new clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment only once. If you schedule an miss two appointments, we will not offer you another appointment.
